So I have been researching AF post-mc and have read that Vitamin C can help bring back AF. I have mixed feelings about this as what I read suggested about 10,000mg of Vitamin C. That seems like a bit much to me even though I know any excess vitamins your body doesn't need will just empty in your urine. Having mixed thoughts, what do you ladies think?
(Before anyone thinks I'm taking this much Vitamin C I am just asking for discussion purposes. It's just for fun.)
