I figure DS is never going to sleep so i may as well be awake all night rather than just half the night, and at least a few months of that I won't have to work. I'm hoping this next baby will sleep better. There were some issues with me having to pick my hubby up from work every night between nine and elebven pm for the first year of ds's life, him getting really sick at four months old and a massive cyclone coming through at that time as well. The hubby issue is resolved, hopefully no cyclones and even if we get the illness issues ( which are likely) I will be less freaked out by them with a second child, I hope
Wow, that's crazy! I would hate to wake my wee one (and/or myself) to go get hubby from work. Glad that's all sorted out. They are all different, so you might get a sleeper next time (and I might not! LOL). Pretty soon your son will be old enough to understand that he has to stay in bed all night. LOL. Well at least we can wish, right?
Heather - In my case, FH is 'future husband', we're getting married on September 1st! Some days, though, it really stands for f***ing husband... gotta love 'em, right?
