Advice?

Does anyone have any advice or tips for my transfer tomorrow? I just wondered what everyone's experiences are... The acupuncturist told me to wear nice fuzzy socks LOL as the room can be kind of chilly and I plan to bring some relaxing music on my phone to keep me calm, if I am able to listen to it that is... immediately following the transfer, I will walk across the hall and have my acupuncture appt. I plan to chill the rest of the day. Although, bed rest is not recommended at my clinic. The only thing they say is no heavy lifting and no strenuous activities - intercourse is ok, and I think that my last clinic, it was not? So... anyway... I know my last clinic also had me on bedrest for 3 days. Anyway, any input is appreciated Smile

Yay for having DH home! How long has it been since you saw him last? My RE's recommended 2 days of bedrest so that is what I did. I remember being real nervous to do anything...roll over in bed, pee, etc. During the 2WW I tried not to do anything that I thought I'd second guess if I got a BFN. So I didn't do much because pretty much everything I'd 2nd guess. Good luck tomorrow! Update when you can.

That will be wonderful having DH home! My experience was ok. I would definitely say cozy clothes and music. We went to eat lunch afterwards at the Cheesecake Factory (huge amounts of pasta and chocolate cake are not the best choice) but I slowly went downhill from there. I will admit I was in pretty severe discomfort from mild OHSS so plan on resting, movies, and being in bed. It will go beautifully Smile Best of luck on the big day!!! Can't wait to hear how it goes.
