I feel like I am a single woman. DH has been so busy at work since Sunday night. I've maybe seen him for a total of 20 min since Sunday. I can't wait until tomorrow morning when he is off call and I can see him and he can actually get some rest because I know he is exhausted not getting much sleep since then.
Hi all! Those that are having problems with the Panasonic Ad appearing multiple times, I believe that I discovered what is causing this issue for some of you. After receiving feedback, I have been digging trying to replicate to no avail. We verified again with the advertiser to confirm that the cap is set for the ad to appear once per session.
I finally was able to isolate the cause. Those members (and hosts!) that have their security settings to block all third party cookies will have the ad appear repeatedly as you have reported since without the cookie stored, it cannot tell that you have already seen it!
To resolve, you can simply go in and tweak the cookie settings for your browser:
In Internet Explorer:
- Click on Tools -->Internet Options --> then Privacy.
- Choose Medium or Medium High (differences listed below)
- Click "Apply"
- Close browser, reopen, and your issue should be resolved.
The Internet Explorer Settings of Medium / Medium High are as follows:
-Blocks third-party cookies that save information that can be used to contact you without your explicit consent
-Restricts first-party cookies that save information that can be used to contact you without your implicit consent (Medium setting) OR Blocks first-party cookies that save information that can be used to contact you without your implicit consent (Medium High setting)
- Click on Tools -->Options --> then Privacy.
- Check box to "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies
- You choose how long to keep them. If you don't mind logging in every time you come onsite, then you can choose for them to be cleared when you close your browser.
- Click OK, reopen, and your issue should be resolved.
In Google Chrome

- In the "Cookies" section, you can change the following cookies settings: Make sure "Allow local data to be set" is selected to allow both first-party and third-party cookies.

Thanks for looking into it Missy!! I changed my settings and that seems to help.
Sorry you have been on your own quite a bit lately. I really did not want to take any job where I would have to work overnight much just because I cherish that time home with the family. Our landlords say that they are happy to keep us for another year. I am super excited about that. This place is affordable and I don't want to move while we still have babies. Plus, I still am holding out for either building something or finding something closer to our dream house. Watching love it or list it will do in the meantime. Today was my half day so I got my teeth cleaned and hair cut. We found a few stocking stuffers. We still need to decide on a few presents but we have most of our Christmas shopping done - mostly thanks to Amazon.
I am so happy that Sean works regular hours. I'd go insane if he was not around to help me out with Robbie.
Tonight was parent/teacher interviews after report cards. Apparently Robbie was asked for an equation equaling to 30. His answer "25 plus the square root of 25"! His next answer involved decimals. Not your typical grade 2 kid! I do have a degree in math but that is pretty funny!
We are done for Robbie and everything is wrapped!
I am so beyond exhausted it is not funny. Breaking out everywhere as well! It is worse then when I was a teen.
Tomorrow is a baking/craft day and so is Thursday, then the sale on Friday. Hope I earn enough to buy a Wii U deluxe version.
Also, got a call this evening for my references!!!! I know they will be good so should have the offer soon!!!!
Tiffany...Glad you can stay in your house for another year. I'm sure it's a relief to not have to think about moving. Hope you can find your dream home sometime. Did you do something different to your hair?
Margaret...hoping for that job offer soon. Glad Robbie's interview went well. Are you going to POAS sometime? Have fun baking. What are you going to bake? I'm going to bake some spritz on Friday to take for my violin recital. I'm also going to bake a carrot cake as it's DH's birthday on Friday.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to go to the hospice how to watch some volunteers "unveil" hand sculputures. I've seen it once and it's something that makes me too nervous to do on my own without any training. I'm afraid I'll break off a finger or something. Then we are going to go trim some evergreen off some trees at my parent's house to stick in our big flower pots in front of the house. Tomorrow DD3 has her book club at the skating rink after school. DH is going to grill steaks for dinner. He just "refurbished" his grill. He replaced all the burners and ignitors on Sunday. It took him all day off and on between seeing ER pts. It will be a nice dinner since he's off work in the morning and we can enjoy some wine with our steaks.
We are done with program #2. DD did a great job being Mary. She really wanted to be Mary so she enjoyed it. She's always smiling when she's on stage, even at her band concert. She constantly has a smile on her face like she's ready for someone to take her pic. She's a smiley girl in general. There were so many ppl at the program. It's held in the church and when we got there 35 minutes early it was already packed. I really couldn't see DD3 and I could only see DD2 when she was singing.
DH is gone a lot with his job but then he gets long stretches of time at home when he's off. He's working a lot the first part of the month so he can be off pretty much the whole time the girls are out of school for Christmas. So he'll be off Dec. 23-Jan 2. Plus, when he doesn't have an ER pt he's home and helps out. These busy past few days have made up for the days that haven't been busy.
I have been testing and holy crap but tonight I got a really light BFP. DH could even see it! Really a BFP at 7 DPO???? Until I get a good line I am not ready to accept it totally but !!!!!!

I am baking tarts - lemon and eggnog, mini eggnog bundt cakes and homemade chocolate covered mints.
Your baking sounds yummy! Can't wait to hear the progression of your tests.
Meg - that is awesome about your hubby being home for Christmas break. And I am sure it is nice to have him home between patients. It makes me a little crazy being on call because I get kind of attached to whatever I am working on outside of work. Also, I am sure it was nice to see the girls performing. Luke could have been in a nativity play this year, but that would have required some commitment on our part. Hopefully next year. Also I think it is pretty cool that your DH refurbished your grill. My DH is kind of afraid of trying to do some home repair projects. I think I have to lead the way with that and then he gets on board. His dad owns a hardware store and DH worked there growing up - so I will just keep encouraging him.
Margaret - I love baking and it sounds like you made some yummy treats.
I think for Christmas I would like a deep freezer. I need to look in our garage and figure out where we would put it. I did enough research that I think I found one that will work well for our family. And it is on sale at Home Depot right now. Dh kind of freaks out about our budget but he saves and scrimps like crazy... we should be able to retire before too much longer (just kidding).
I forgot cinnamon sugared almonds...

My first year at school I only had a bar fridge with a tiny freezer, my friend said that it was like watching clowns coming out of a car in how I packed that sucker! I pretty much had to empty it to take anything out but I fit a lot in it.
