Mari...we went to Disney 4 years ago and had a great time. Our girls are at a good age for the cruise. This is our first cruise. I'm not worried being on a ship that long because they are so big and you get off of them at the ports. Good job on working out!! I do like it when my body hurts from a good workout because then I know I did something. I did some lunges the other day with my Biggest Loser Wii workout and my thighs and butt hurt so bad. That girl at work just needs to shut it! I'm glad you said something to her. What was her reaction?

This afternoon we have a banquet for DD2. She won an essay contest sponsered by the local VFW so they are having a luncheon and awards banquet. Other than that we have a quiet day.

Mari - I posted a thread on that. When you have been trying so long and someone complains when they have been barely trying it is so hard to not go ballistic on them.

Having so much pain. Have to go and see my doctor, the medicenter was useless.

DD got 2nd place in all the 6th grades in the area. Her best friend got 1st place. She got a medal, certificate and $30 cash. We have #1 of of 2 band concerts this week tonight and conferences tomorrow. We were supposed to have conferences last Thursday but they were postponed because of the predicted bad weather.

thanks. my doctor gave me muscle relaxants which is helping. Sean has to stop driving into pot holes (doctors orders) lol, my doctor thought things would be good in a couple of days... he did make my back spasm when he was poking around

I got my new replacement iPhone today. It makes a strange rattle noise when it vibrates. Out of habit I've always had it set on vibrate when it rings so I turned it off so I wouldn't have to listen to the annoying sound. It will take a while to get used to having it not vibrate. It has to be something in the phone because DH tightened the case and everything. I don't want to take the case off to check it out more because then it will stretch the cover on the case. Anyway, a strange noise is better than having to manually connect to wifi all the time.

DH and I went out for breakfast. Where we went it was "two for Tuesday." Tonight we are going to go see "Identity Theft" and get free popcorn since it's free popcorn Tuesday. Usually we can't take advantage of Tuesday freebies since DH works Tuesdays. For some reason he didn't get scheduled today.

Tiffany...how are you doing? Haven't heard from you in a while.

    UGH I need to vent!

I'm very close to having some words with my daughters teacher!!! First off, she takes over a month to post or send home test grades. I'm a very responsible mother and I am always on top of her to see what she is doing wrong so I can help her improve. I cannot do that if over a month passes and the subject is no longer being taught!!

Now, I'm not making excuses for my daughter but there have been several occasions where she has left a book at school... so I have photocopied the page and had her do that. Well apparently she doesn't like that and yelled at her today and told her that she wasn't going to accept it. Oh and told her if you forget your book just don't do it. Hmmm, does that make sense or am I crazy? I'm a teacher and actually respect the parents that go out of their way to make sure their child does their homework. Am I wrong, please be honest?

Grrr... I'm so mad!! I'm so glad we don't work in the same school because it would not be nice!!
