As the years go by the day gets easier. I didn't even realize it until after the actual date. The first year was the hardest and the time after my m/c until my EDD. I would always think "if I was still pregnant I'd....".

Mari...sorry you are having a tough time with pregnant women. It always seems now is the time when everyone you know is pregnant and that makes it so much harder. It is completely normal to feel the way you do and you shouldn't feel bad. No one in the real world would understand your feelings, they'd just think you are being mean and insensitive. As I've said before, I still have a hard time hearing about pregnancies, being around pregnant women and babies. I'm completely at peace with our decision to not TTC any longer, but it's just a feeling I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life probably. We will always be here for you

I got my hair cut and colored. I'm getting it to the short Miley Cyrus "do". On Wednesday I had the underpart shaved. I'm still working on growing out the top. Yesterday I went and got the top/long part bleached out so the shaved part is my natural darker color. I must have my mom's reddish tones in my hair because to get it bleach blonde she would've had to do it again. It now is blonde but has a reddish tone to it. I think in the summer I'll have her bleach it really blonde. We have the annual Gala for the private school my girls go to. I had a dress I bought last year for it but it needs some alterations. I was going to get it altered but I found a different dress I like. I think I needed a funkier dress to go with my hairstyle. I'll post pics of my hair later.

THanks. It sucks that not everyone understand what I feel because there are people that would think I'm insensitive or acting irrationally. It was rough again today. I don't know maybe I'm just going through something. I was like this when my mom passed I had bad days, I'm sure it will pass.

I wish I had the guts or face to do my hair like that. I bet it looks awesome! Can't wait to see pics!

Mari...I'm sorry today was another rough day for you. It will take time to work through your emotions.

Here are a couple pics of my hair. I feel funny getting my pic taken like that so I look really cheesy.

Mari - sorry you have been sick. I am also sorry that you are dealing with unsupportive people. It has been almost 2 years since Bailey died and I still have a rough time with pregnancies and babies. I can not even comprehend your pain. I have a couple of friends that have been in your situation and I feel so lost with how to support them. The best I can do is give hugs and listen, since I can not see you in person to give you hugs I give you cyber hugs and say that I am here if/when you need to talk.

Meg - cute hair. I could not do my hair that short. My hair is almost at my waist now, mind you many days it is in a pony tail.

My back is doing much better, still have spasms now and then. Tuesday is my orientation and then I start in-store on Wednesday. On Monday I see my one dentist that put the post in to check it, hopefully all is good.

Not much else going on. Robbie is at my MIL's for the evening and then tomorrow night I am going out with a friend for coffee and to talk autism.

Margaret...Good luck on your new job. Do you know what you'll be doing? Have fun with your friend tonight!

We don't really have much going on today. DD3 has an American Girl book club at the library this morning. It's a dreary, rainy day. It is so sloppy looking outside. There is still snow so the warm temps and rain is making it melt. The ground is still frozen so all that water is sitting on top of it.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Snow day today! We got about 9 inches of snow yesterday into last night. I think the girls are a bit bummed about not having school since this means there is not a free day between when they get out of school and when we leave for our cruise. I had told them if there was time I'd take them to get manis and pedis for the cruise but there may not be time now. DH is out blowing out the driveway now. The snow is so wet and heavy.

DH and I stayed up until 12:30 booking our shore excursions for the cruise. Since we are first time Disney cruisers we couldn't book excursions or check in until 75 days out. Others could book prior to this. The one excursion we really wanted in Cozumel we couldn't get. It wasn't a huge surprise it was book since it's one of the top things to do there. I was kind of bummed. The one we wanted to do was "Secret River and Playa Del Carmen." It's a tour of an underground river/cave. It was a lot of travel to get there and lots of people complained of motion sickness so maybe it's for the better since I was a bit anxious about that. Maybe if DH and I visit that area we can do it instead of doing it on a cruise where you have to take a boat through rocky water. That excursion was an all day thing though so we wouldn't get to see any of Cozumel and it'd be a long day. We decided to do a Mayan Ruins and Cozumel highlights tour instead and that one is about 4 hrs. I kind of want to be able to enjoy the ship on port days since it will be less busy and all of our excursions are partial days so that works out well. We are also going to do a semi submerged submarine in Grand Caymen and Sea Trek Pods in Costa Maya. The sea trek pods are helmets you put on that are giving you oxygen and you go underwater. Since I'm not a swimmer this was the best thing to be able to see underwater. I don't think I'll have the fear of not being able to breath.

*I just copied and pasted this from the other forum*

**It has gone down to pretty much nothing right now but I am cramping but that is normal for me during my fertile period. If it starts up again then I will call dr.** Let me know what you guys think it is...

I'm currently on CD13, not TTC... Yesterday after working out I went to walk my dog and noticed I got a very very dull pain in my lower abdomen. I went to the bathroom like 30 min after and I have bloody discharge. This morning I still have it. We DTD on Sunday night, not in any unusual way, etc. I would like to give it a day or two before calling the OB. I really don't feel like sitting in the OB's office and seeing big baby bellies.

I googled it and I came across some posts that say after a miscarriage the cervix can get irritated. Could it be that?? I'm not soaking a pad but it's definitely there when I wipe.

    Back from Texas. Hard trip.

Meg - surely there will be time after school to get mani/pedi's, right? I bet with 4 you could have someone come out to the house. I would have been so thankful if my mom had ever done anything like that when I was growing up, but she was not into that kind of stuff. It would have been a big deal to me, but every kid is different. Planning excursions is one of the most fun things to me about cruising. The best time we ever had was on something we booked ourselves - a lazy boat trip around the Isle of Capri. It is a little scary booking your own trips, but there are tons of reviews to go off on trip advisor and we just decided that if we needed to, we'd fly and meet the boat at our next destination. Luckily that never happened. Also, we met some like-minded adventurous people that way.

Mari - I think if you need to go to an ob-gyn I would ask her to recommend a gynecologist who doesn't do any ob for now. No need to be tortured. Surely there is someone who can fix your problem without having to go to an office of pregos. Our IVF office had a nurse who was hugely pregnant during my cycle and I couldn't help but wonder why they didn't hide her somewhere, crazy I know. But there were plenty of situations of loss, early pregnancy losses, ectopics, failed IVFs, etc. on top of years of infertility. You weren't allowed to bring kids there for a reason.

Margaret - congrats on the job. I hope this one is a good one and you get some fun coworkers.

Welcome back Tiffany!! Hope you had a fun time despite it being a hard trip.

I think we'll do main/pedis a couple days before we leave since one of the days they get out early. If we did it the day they got out of school it'd be way rushed since we have to drive 2 hrs to get to the hotel we are staying at before flying out at 6am the next morning. I thought about booking excursions on our own but since it's our first cruise and we are kind of rookie travelers we decided to just stay with Disney excursions.

Margaret..how is the new job going?

The contractor is texturizing our bathroom walls today. We should be able to prime and paint tomorrow and this weekend. I think now things should get done pretty fast. DH finally got a response back from the guy that made our table about repairing it. He quoted us $650 to fix it. So essentially he gave us an outrageous quote so we wouldn't want him to fix it. $550 of the cost is to come get the table and bring it back when he only charged us $85 to deliver it when we got it. We are going to look into other options to have it fixed. I think I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
