Do you take your pills continuously to not get a period or do you take a break and force a period?

Glad you're enjoying your job. I'm sure it's quite the change from a desk job.

I love the idea behind Rachel's challenge. I wish I did not need to be reminded to do those things frequently, but I do. I think everyone does. Anyway, I am back at work and I love it... but I love the weekends too, when it is just me and my family. I am beat at the end of every day but my hubby is doing great keeping the family stuff going.

I take 3 packs and then a week off.

I find that I usually start to spot around around days 45-50, then I take a break. I don't think my body would allow me to go 3 months without spotting. That could be the issue for you since your lining still builds up.

the bleeding never really stopped after my last period, just constant spotting.

Tiffany...glad things are going well back at work. That's great that your DH is so helpful and supportive.

"Rachel's Challenge" was an excellent reminder and wake up call. Another thing Rachel had always said was give people three chances when you meet them. A lot of times we give a person we meet one chance. The presenter said that they've had over 600 people write on their facebook wall that they had everything set up to commit suicide and after seeing "Rachel's Challenge" it saved their life.

Me and BC never did get along!! I had to stop BC because I had unexplained bleeding a week before AF then I would bleed a whole other week with AF, so I was bleeding 2 weeks every month. It was horrible. The minute I stopped my cycles went back to normal.

Meg-I agree with giving people chances. It has happened to me on several occasions only to find out that person is actually very nice and caring.

I'm about to leave to an egg hunt. Our town hosts one every year and I've never been to it but DD really wants to go, so I'm taking her. I'm off this week! We aren't doing much since we are going to DIsney. We are going to the aquarium one day and to a new lego land they opened about an hour or so away and that's it.

My cycle was spot on this month. I'm hoping and praying it stays that way since we have the date more less when we can start a new cycle. It's not easy for DH to be taking time off in the mornings to go to the clinic. His manager isn't very understanding. (grrrrr) I'm just hoping all goes well and the RE is okay with starting...I'm here assuming that's when it will begin. LOL!

Mari...how was the egg hunt? When do you go to Disney? I'm hoping your cycle stays regular also. Planning is so stressful when everything can be so unpredictable.

I just made my first call for jury duty tonight and no jurors have to report. Only 12 more weeks of calling left. On Saturday I decided to check to see if there were enough spots on the "Secret River" excursion we want to do in Cozumel for the cruise since there wasn't any before. There was, so I cancelled our Cozumel tour and booked that. I think it should be a lot of fun. They grouted the floor tile today. We are confused as to why they didn't tile the walls and ceiling of the tile and grout it all at once since they'll have to grout again when they get the shower done.

Hope everyone had a Happy Easter! We went to my parent's house for dinner. The girls did an egg hunt there. Tomorrow they go back to school after having Thursday, Friday and today off.

Did you hear/see Sharon Osbourne's April Fool's joke? On "The Talk" she said the reason she had been gone for 2 weeks was because she had gone to an IVF clinic and adopted an egg and had it fertilized with Ozzy's sperm and had it transferred and she was pregnant. She later announced that it was a joke (I missed that part on the show because I stopped watching). I was wondering if it was a joke. I felt it was very insensitive to couple's who have suffered from infertility and have gone through IVF to make a joke of it.

I'm glad that I didn't hear it because that would have bothered me. I actually played my first joke on someone. I had DD call her grandma in FL and tell her come downstairs and open the door because we are here! OMG, she fell for it so badly! LOL! We then felt bad because she really thought it was for real and then became sad. We are terrible!!
