Tiffany...hope you get in to see a doc and can get some reassurance that everything is ok. When do you go on your trip?

Marisol...glad you had a good vacation despite your rollar coaster of emotions. Hope AF shows for you soon so you can get your cycle started.

I have freaked myself out way too much over a spot I found on my boob/armpit area. I found it about 2 months ago asked DH about it (who is a physician) and he said it felt like muscle. I forgot about it and decided to check it last week and have been obsessing about it since. It's barely noticeable unless i lift my arm over my head. Then of course I keep touching it so then it gets bigger and hurts. I kept telling myself I was going to stay away from google but boredom won and I googled it. So now I'm freaking out. I had myself in tears earlier thinking about it. DH is going to talk to the sonographer tomorrow and see if she'll take a look at it. He's positive it is nothing and that it doesn't have the characteristics of breast cancer. With my augmentation it could be scar tissue and everything in there has been pushed around. I'm a worst case scenario type of person so I see myself dead soon from breast cancer. Infertility and cancer are my two biggest fears and one came true, so I keep thinking why not the other. I've been given lots of blows in life so why not add one more. I'm just thinking too negatively over something that is probably nothing.

Meg-I really do hope it's nothing. I would be so scared too. After a good friend of mine lost a bit of weight she found a lump in her breast and was terrified, it turned out to be nothing. KUP!

Oh and yeah roller coasters stink!!! Do you guys like them or am I just a big ole chicken?

Marisol...when you said rollar coaster I thought you meant your emotions No, I do not like rollar coasters. I never had. I did go on Space Mountain when we were at Disney. It was so dark so it wasn't that bad. I just don't like that stomach drop feeling.

I am sure I am just overreacting about this spot. I did read that women with augmentation do notice changes in breasts more because the implant pushes out the breast tissue. I have such little breast tissue that it could just be that and idk what it feels like. DH talked to the radiology director today and she thinks they'll be able to check it out once they get there for the day. If they think it's something I'll have to go to a bigger hospital for more studiest where there is a radiologist on staff. I'm just a bundle of nerves.

I had an u/s done on the spot. The tech did see some cysts, which are normal. She said I could have a radiologist look at it or keep an eye on it and come back in 6-8 weeks and she'd scan me again. I decided just to keep an eye on it. I did just break from my BCP so that can make it change in size. The other cysts she saw I can't even feel. Now I just need to relax and forget about it. I need to go in for my annual exam in a month or so. I might not mention the spot and just see if my ob/gyn feels it when he does the breast exam. I have to push really hard to even find it and it's probably more prominant because I've been pushing on it so much. I did ask my DH if was doing a breast exam on a pt and felt what I have if it would concern him and he said no. He did say if he had a pt come in concerned about it, he'd order an u/s to rule anything out. I read a good quote on webmd today..."All women with a breast lump think it's cancer until proven otherwise." This has been the most scared I have been about something in my whole life other than when I was going through IF.

    Okay...enough about that....
It's supposed to be really hot here again this week. Looks like rain is in the forecast. I won't believe until I see it. We have not had any measurable amounts of rain here for a couple months. The crops are really suffering. My dad is a farmer. Everytime we get rain it's just a few sprinkles. I nice big thunderstorm would be really good. Hope everyone is doing well and thanks for listening to my concerns about my boob!

You should definitely tell your ob next month about your concerns. I doubt it is cancer also, but dont keep your ob in the closet about your concerns. Most breast cancers are found by the patient - not their doctor. Also, if you have cysts that can make detecting breast cancer more difficult and makes an ultrasound more reasonable.

Hope you get some rain. It has been rather dry here too. Though thr rivers are full from the flooding up north.

It is awful dry here. The grass is dead. At least we don't have to mow but that means we have to water all our flowers. We planted a lot of perinneals this year so that makes for a lot of watering.

I'm trying to find luggage for our upcoming trip to AZ. I think we're going to take a rolling duffel bag. The wt limit is 40 lbs and the duffel bags are lighter than a suitcase. I don't think our clothes will be too heavy since it's a lot of lighter/summer clothes. I bought a groupon for a 3 hr horseback ride while we are there. I think it will be a lot of fun. I'm sure I won't be able to walk the next day though.

Its better. Been brown for awhile which i believe is just from an old subchorionic hematoma. I stopped the progrsterone. Got a doppler. No ultrasound scheduled until Aug 8. I am hoping for good news. The 10w scan was good.

Glad the bleeding is getting better. Glad your last scan was good. I'll be thinking of you on the 8th.
