I missed the job interview again but went to the ER. I was in and out in less then an hour (which is unheard of in our busy hospital), I didn't even talk with the nurse other then triage. I was given prednisone at the hospital and have to take it for 5 days total. Definitely an allergic reaction, the doc wondered if I should have an epi pen and was happy to hear that I have one already.
Talked with the RE's office. I am to take my dosage this evening as normal but make sure I have allergy stuff on hand just in case, and DH on stand by if I do have breathing issues. My throat was a little swollen but that could be a cold so we need to be careful.
Really hoping my trigger is tomorrow night.

Glad you were able to be seen quickly. Hopefully the prednisone kicks in and that this cycle works so you don't have to worry about trying a different med again. Were you able to reschedule your interview?

Oh wow!! I couldn't imagine how awful that must be! I hope the prednisone has helped.

the prednisone helped but I had a worse reaction to last night's dosage....
