Wonderful, reassuring news, Christi!

Yay, Christi, so glad to hear Baby A is going great -- that's got to be so reassuring! Keep going, baby!
Other than the meds, what have you tried for the nausea? Any ginger (candied or in a tea)? That helps a lot of people... also mango? Or was it papaya? Hrm. Can't remember. I hope you feel better, though I'm sure the nausea is a bit reassuring in a way, too. :P
That's great news, Christi! 180 bpm is great...you have a strong baby in there. Hope your m/s eases up soon.
You're already 9 weeks!!!
Candice, my doc saw me at the beginning every 2 weeks, but that was because my first appointment fell around the middle of the month and waiting 4 weeks was too long, according to him. Also, he scheduled me for the NT scan which needs to be done between 11-13 weeks. Now I'm back at every 4 weeks.
Christi ~ I'm glad to hear that baby A is growing nice and strong!
I had my first ObGyn appt last Friday. Everything went well! I was 8 weeks 1 day. He didn't even attempt to hear the heartbeat on the doppler, so I was pretty bummed. He did a pap and an internal exam and my uterus is measuring right on schedule. I return on July 7th for my next Ob appt and the first part of my NT scan. I'm so excited! It's only 3 weeks from today! That same week, I will also see my RE for another u/s!
Jana! How exciting that you've been released to your OBGYN! I can't wait to reach that milestone. I think that it will help ease my fears when I'm seeing the same doctor that all the other mommies see. Although I'm surprised the OB didn't want to hear the heartbeat! Do you miss having those regular RE appts where you get an u/s just for walking in the door?
I'm still bummed about the heartbeat. My friend is sending me her doppler though. I can't wait!
Are you feeling any better, Christi?
I'm not really feeling any better. Some days are better than others - I'll go for a few hours where I feel totally normal! Then I kind of freak out because I feel normal, and I wonder if something's wrong, and then I'll feel like crud after my next meal. I'm READY for this phase of pregnancy to be over!
I guess I hadn't thought about all the scans and stuff that will be coming up. I'm worried that my scans will all be abnormal because of the twin, but who knows. If my u/s this week goes well, I will be released and I'll make an appt asap with my OBGYN!
I sure hope Meg can get on this thread soon when she gets her BFP!
Christi ~ How long does it usually take to get an appt with your Ob? I knew it would take me at least 2 weeks to get in (which it did), so I went ahead and made my appt. You can probably go ahead and do that, regardless of it you've been released from your RE. It will more than likely be a couple of weeks before you can get in. I would go ahead and schedule it.
Christy also got her BFP! Her beta isn't until this Friday. I'm hoping it all goes smoothly so she can join too!
Meg will DEFINITELY be joining soon!

Well looks like most people at work know that I am expecting, it is obvious. I have a belly and did not before.
The city president came up to me today and told me congrats and I was not even sure what he was talking about. Then he asked if I knew it was a girl or boy. I was in front of a lot of people who have not asked me either. I feel so weird that everybody knows.
On on hand I want the world to know but then I feel like "what if something happens"...
How is everyone else handling this?
