I had my NT ultrasound this morning and everything looks GREAT! My hemorrhage is still present, but it hasn't gotten any worse. The baby was not cooperating while getting the measurement for the nuchal fold. My u/s took 45 minutes! The nasal bone was present and normal and the nuchal fold measurement was 1.5 (less than 3 is normal). Now I just wait for the results of my bloodwork, which I should have by Friday. So far, so good!!!!

Here are some pictures for your enjoyment. Sorry they are blurry.... they are pics of pics with my iphone camera.

Beautiful baby Jana! I can't believe how developed a child can be so early on. Truly a miracle.

Christi ~ Where have you been? I haven't seen much of you on the boards. How are you feeling?

AFM ~ I have my last appt with my RE today.... it's bitter sweet. I'm actually pretty sad about it. I do get another u/s today, so I'm pretty excited about that!

Hi everyone! Jana - you're very sweet for checking on me! I was actually in Vegas this past week with my sister and mom for my sister's 40th birthday. We had a blast, but it was hot and I was tired...

Last Monday, I also had my NT scan and everything is perfect so far with Baby A. Baby B has almost completely disappeared. The sac is still there and there's just a fuzzy lump in the sac. But I'm so happy about Baby A!!!

NT measurement was 1.3, brain had two lobes, stomach and bladder had fluid in them - so baby is already swallowing, two arms, two legs, all the fingers and toes were there, and the intestines have already moved from the cord into the body. So, we were VERY happy!!!!!

I don't have to go back to see any doctor for three more weeks!!! I can't even believe it! I've been at the doctor every week (sometimes 2x/week) for what seems like years. It is so nice to finally just hang out and let baby grow and not worry about anything.

Morning sickness is still hanging around, but usually only in the evening after dinner. Tiredness has mostly gone away. And I've gained 2 lbs and have a tiny beer belly! LOL! I'm just so happy!

Christi ~ I'm so glad you finally checked in. I was getting worried!! That is great news on your NT and I'm so glad you can sit back and relax!

AFM ~ The nurse just called with the results of my first round of NT bloodwork (Downs Syndrome and Trisomy's) and they are all NORMAL!!! With my loss 2 years ago, I was told the results were 1:10,000 for Downs and 1:5 for Trisomy 18. Most likely my loss was due to Trisomy 18.

I return for the 2nd round of bloodwork on July 12th. Since this 1st one was normal, they will only test for Spina Bifida the next round.

I am beyond excited and relieved!!!!
