Oh, Em, I'm crying -- I'm so happy everything worked out, and the moment Marcus was born it seemed that all the heartache and pain you'd had to go through all this time just evaporated. I'm so deeply happy for you!!!

And kudos for having time to write that story out so soon! Hope your recovery continues to go well -- take your time, you deserve all the rest you can get!

    Thanks Andi!
I have to say that when Marcus was born the emotion that was the strongest was relief!

Congratulations Em! He is SO CUTE! Such a cute round little head with that blonde hair. I could eat him up!

Hope you're feeling better at home now.

Again, congrats on baby Marcus, Em!!! He is so adorable. I'm sorry you went through a crazy labor but looking at his face makes it all worth it.

Tomorrow I'll be 16 weeks! I can't believe I just wrote that. I'm having a hard time believing this is for real...even with a growing belly...which by the way has completely popped in these last couple of weeks. There's no hiding it anymore.
Started feeling the babies last week! At the beginning I wasn't sure it was them, because what I was feeling was a very light bubble burst that didn't last too long, and wouldn't feel it again for days. But last week I've felt the same bubble roll around my uterus . It's still not constant but I've felt them almost every day.
Also, this thursday will be the anatomy scan. I'm so excited and nervous (I guess that never ends). I hope everything and everyone is ok. If they're able to tell the sexes I might finally start thinking about names and decorating their room!!!

I hit 31 weeks today! Can't believe I'm in the third trimester already. My pregnancy has been relatively uneventful. At my appt. last week my belly was measuring several weeks ahead. My ob said it's probably nothing (GD test was fine), but wants to do an u/s next Wed. just to check on my fluid level and baby boy's size. My DH and I are looking forward to having a sneak peek; we haven't had an u/s since the level II u/s at 19 weeks. Our ob's office does 3D u/s (the level II was 2D) so this will be our first chance to really see what this little guy looks like.
