Augusta it's nice to hear from you! Time is definitely going way too fast. My ticker says I have 77 days to go, but if I adjust it to the 36 weeks I'll more than likely go to, it's 47 days until I meet these little ones. I'm so excited yet super nervous. You would think that after 5 years TTCing, I would want them here already, but now I'm feeling like I need more time to get ready for them.

I hope Andi gives us a great update soon!

Dani and Augusta, oh, thanks for thinking of me... my due date isn't here yet! I'm still huge and hanging in there. I'm further along in this pregnancy than I was when Julia was born (37 weeks on the day) so I have no idea when things will happen. No signs of anything yet, anyway! Which is good, because I still am analyzing data from this dissertation (@#$%!) and hoping for another couple weeks to get something down for the results section before baby comes.

I'm so excited for you, too Augusta! Not long now for you, either!

I was coming here to find out too - was she active on her BB? I wonder if an update was made there.

Looks like she was posting on Saturday - so I guess she is still pregnant. Good luck Andi!

Geez, Andi!! After going early with Julia, you must feel like you have been pg forever with this boy!!! Will they induce you at 42 weeks or just wait and see??

Is this giving you extra time to work on your dissertation (blessing in disguise)?

As for me, I feel huge and only water aerobics are my lifesaver...I can actually stretch out and move easily in the water. I think we are ready for Nickolas....although I have 7 weeks to go and am in no rush to have him until I cross the 40 week mark. Blood pressure is still good, swelling has been easily controlled, so hopefully I can keep working until delivery and have 12 weeks at home with the boys.

I have no idea how the mothers of twins do it...I feel huge and bulky enough with one!!

Hey Augusta -- yeah, I do feel like I've been pregnant forever... I'm a bit tired of it now. On the other hand, yes, the extra time has been helpful with getting some work done on the dissertation. But it's not done, and it won't be until after the baby's here, and I have to be okay with that. I've actually put it away for now so I can concentrate on having this baby.

The midwives told me last week that, as long as the baby looks healthy on the NSTs (which I would start this Friday if I still haven't delivered) then we can go all the way to 42 weeks before we start talking about any kind of induction (natural or otherwise). So that's good to know, I still am hoping for a natural childbirth. I keep thinking these Braxton-Hicks contrax are getting stronger and might develop into something more, but then they die down. So today I'm gonna take a little hike at a park and see if that gets things going.

Glad your pregnancy continues to go well, that's so wonderful. And also glad you're able to get into the pool and move around a bit, I wish I'd been able to do more of that this summer. I'm with you, I feel absolutely ginormous, I can't comprehend having more than one inside this body!!

Andi - good luck... should be hearing from you any day now on the board, right?

Augusta - you're in the home stretch - glad things are going ok so far.

It's sooooo quiet around here lately! Does it seem like fewer people cycling lately?

AFM, I'm happy to have reached my halfway mark! Hard to believe. I'm feeling good, but A LOT of BH contractions. I had a lot last time too, but it's still freaky. I'm struggling over boy names right now... For a girl I like either Anna (Annie) or Quinn. Boys names are much harder (Joshua? Ian? ... not sure)! We didn't find out the sex at the ultrasound, so I've got to cover our bases! Anyway... just felt like checking in and saying hi.

Hi Michelle, sounds like you are doing great, too! Names are hard...but when you find the right one, I think it just clicks.

Can't wait to hear from Andi...she has to have had her baby by now!!

Anyone know statistics on IVF babies (singleton) being born +/- days on average for the EDD versus non-IVF babies? You would think IVF babies would be more predictable with actually knowing the conception date. Just curious. I am getting bored with being pregnant, still feeling pretty good, just big and bulky. I will miss my belly when it is gone, though.
