At my school, you could major in Social Work, take an extra year of school and come out with your MSW (masters of social work). I didn't know about it until it was too late and never went back. I'm absolutely kicking my 19 year-old-self that I didn't do it. But I'm a firm believer in things working out for good and past experiences shaping who you are now so I'm finally at peace with it.
I always wanted to take a class on religion and learn more about others beliefs!

I worked on the only floor of our hospital...inpatient care/med-surg. It's a very small rural hospital. I met my DH there also. He's an ER physician so we'd run into eachother quite often.

How do you like your job on the neonatal resucitation team? I'm sure it has to be pretty stressful.

Me too!! I was just talking with my mom about this the other day. I'd love to do a study and learn about other beliefs. It fasinates me.

I met my DH at work too! We were both computer help desk techs at the time (we have both moved on to different things now).

It can be pretty stressful but is rewarding. Sometimes, it is hard to see people having babies that don't really want them or don't come see them in the NICU. It makes me wonder why I can't have one. But I know that is normal. I try not to judge and know I am on my own journey.
That is neat that you met DH at work!
