Update Trigger tomorrow!

I had my US this morning and they are seeing one really good size follie and a medium sized one on the left ovary. There are some on the right side too, but since I don't have a tube on that side they're useless. I'm supposed to trigger tomorrow at 9am! Wish me luck!

I triggered this morning. I gave the shot to myself and it didn't hurt at all! Tonight I looked down and saw the biggest, ugliest bruise. I must not have done a good job...hehe. I probably wouldn't have made a good nurse.

I bruise easily so I am sure that when I am doing my needles it will bruise. After I had my gallbladder out they gave me blood thinners, my stomach was black from the bruising! Yuck!

Glad your trigger went well other than the bruise. You must've just hit a tiny blood vessel.

I charted for the first 12 months....then I stopped. I haven't started back up and I haven't even temped for the last 5 months. I probably should have this month. We DTD at 12 and 36 hours and I had cramping last night that is typical for me O'ing. We did all we could do this month so now I just sit back and wait...hehe.

I don't temp anymore but I still use FF to keep track of DTD and such. My memory is not good so it helps to remember when AF started and such and with such crazy cycles it really helps.

Steph,
I understand! I gave up on temping too! It makes me more obsessed and stressful. Like Margaret, I use FF to keep track of possible O times and my OPK results...and just to know what CD I am on. It helps! So what day will you plan on testing? Maybe we need a testing thread!

I'm probably going to test Wednesday, November 14th. I'll be 10 DPO. I bought 35 interent cheapies so I have enough tests to take one everyday...hehe.

I ran out last cycle. I'm almost out of OPK's too. I usually get them on Amazon but it's an add-on so I have to be buying something else too. Which isn't hard on Amazon....hehe.

I will! I took an OPK just for the hell of it today and it seemed positive to me. But I triggered on Friday so it would be way too long to O today right? I'm just a nervous wreck.

I would thinking today would be really late to O. I think it's typically right around 36 hrs after the trigger that you O. During an IVF cycle if I triggered at night, I'd have to be there not the next morning but the morning after for ER before I O'd. Whenever I was doing a clomid/IUI cycle I got the digital OPKs since a lot was on the line there. Anyother time I'd use the IC. It's so hard to tell when they are positive because a line doesn't mean positive.

Most OPKs will show a positive result from hsg which you would have in your system due to the trigger.

I was thinking this but wasn't 100% positive. I never did an OPK after I triggered but I have heard it from other women.

I had no HPTs and so used an OPK to see if I was pregnant until I could go and get a better test.

Okay, I feel better now. Just had a moment of freaking out. Last night I had this horrible hip pain that was wrapping around into my back. I freaked and thought it was O cramps, but it really didn't feel the same. It was probably just my hips acting up again. I just have to be satisfied with the fact that we did everything we could this cycle. It's just hard to wait and worry....

The waiting and not knowing is scary. Sounds like you have a good attitude.
