How can you change your password?

Hi,

You can make any changes to your profile, including your password in your profile accessed via the main homepage:

1) How can I make changes to my profile?

To edit your profile you will need to be on the main Pregnancy.org homepage. On the left hand side you will see your username and profile and logout (if you are not logged in please do so).

Click on profile and then on the edit tab. By clicking on the account, profile, and tools tabs, you can now make any changes you wish... just be sure to click save at the bottom of each page as you edit. Also, please make sure that ALL boxes marked with a red * are completed. Forgetting to do so may cause you to experience trouble logging in/staying logged in.

Thank you I tried that. Problem with that is on my phone, for some odd reason, half of the page is cut off. So the first part of sentences I can't read to know what to put down. Any other thoughts? Thank you.

Actually... I don't think that's your phone... because I went to the edit profile page to double check before I posted to you and I had the exact same thing. I sent a screenshot to Admin about it and am waiting to hear back... I'm thinking it has to be some bug or something. I'll let them know it's definitely not just me like I thought it was and let you know what I find out

I did email Admin about it and found out that some others have noticed the issue as well (though apparently it's not an issue in Chrome?? I don't use Chrome but I know IE, which I use, and FF, which I seldom use, both are having issues). It was reported to tech but being that it is was on a weekend, I'm not sure how that works. I will drop another note and see if there is some way Admin can help with the password change until this is fixed, but we may have to wait until tech support can take care of it. Thanks so much for your patience!

Hi there!

I received a response back this morning. Currently they are working on launching an updated version of the site which should happen within the coming week or so which will address this issue and new features. If possible, the tech dept. will try to get this issue resolved sooner.

I had a lightbulb moment

Obviously this issue needs to be fixed... and will be... BUT, in the meantime to see everything you can shrink the page!

Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and at the same time, roll the scroll wheel thingie on your mouse towards you... shrink it enough so that you can see the fields and then once you're done/have saved the new password just do the reverse (CTRL+roll the wheel away from you) to the proper size.
