If you think you're the only one going crazy over everything from fetal development to getting breathing techniques just right, you might want to take a look at Kristen Bell! The actress recently opened up to E! News, claiming that she's been doing her homework on how to be the best mom possible once her little bundle of joy arrives. Bell has been busy filming "House of Lies" and serving as the Neutrogena skincare line ambassador, but that hasn't stopped her from fulfilling parenting duties.
"I'm gathering advice from everyone," Bell told the news source. "I have a lot of friends with kids and work with a lot of people with children, so I'm just asking what's their best bit of advice. The nice thing is that, hands down, every person I know that has ever had a kid has looked at me with confidence and said, 'Oh, this is the best thing you'll ever do with your entire life.' So, that's nice to know."
However, there are several other ways you can brush up on parenting knowledge in addition to seeking advice from your loved ones.
Preparing to be a mom
You might not be a pregnancy expert like your doctor, but you can certainly buff up on your motherhood knowledge prior to the arrival of your baby. These days, everything from books to the World Wide Web are at your disposal as you look to learn more about being a parent for the first time. Specifically, you may want to join an online community or forum where you can talk to experienced parents for advice.
