Can I get pregnant from dry sex?
Hi. My boyfriend and I were dry humping a couple of weeks ago and he had boxers on and I had jeans and underwear. When I checked he was wet and we dry bumped for a whole whilst he was wet like that and I think he came whilst he was on top of me but I can't remember. Now my period is late and I'm freaking out because I think I'm pregnant. I read online that you can't get pregnant from dry sex because the sperm can't swim through layers of clothing but I also read that they can swim through if the clothing is wet and I'm too scared to do a pregnancy test or buy one or go to the doctor so any help offered is beyond greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I am usually cold all the
I am usually cold all the time but since I became pregnant I became more intolerable to the cold. Now I can't stand being at work because it's so cold. I have to wear three layers of clothing.
blood test may help
I had the same thing happen to me: all the symptoms but no positive urine test, not even 14 days after the missed period. My OB/GYN ordered three quantitative blood analysis to test for the pregnancy hormone and to make sure it's increasing the way it should be. They were able to confirm my pregnancy in 24 hours, and I will find out this week if the third test indicates the baby is still growing normally.
anti-c-section video
I'm sorry- I understand that there are definite risks associated with having a c-section (I have had one by medical necessity), however I find this video one-sided and bordering on fear mongering. The comment that one woman makes about "they cut your abdominal muscles and then you can't walk" it blatently untrue. Another woman talks about how cold and alone you are is also untrue. My OR was full of caring people, all of whom i got to meet before the procedure. My husband was also with me every step of the way. while this video may be a useful tool for future midwives, I don't think it is fair or responsible to show it to first time mothers that are already scared and unsure.
