avatar or image I am postpartum, my baby girl, Clara, will be 1 on June 30. I want to be a healthy, happy, energetic mommy, wife and friend -- the best possible! I'm doing this for Clara, my husband and my July 2004 girls! My goals are to lose about 50 pounds, get in better physical shape (tone, not build), change my horrible eating habits, just be healthy!... [Read Angie's journal]

avatar or image I have an almost 2-year-old and we're trying to conceive. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism; both effect my metabolsim. If I can do this, anybody can. I want to wake up energized, not droopy and tired; to be able to romp around with my toddler and not be winded. I need a permanently healthy lifestyle to increase...[Read Beth's journal]

avatar or image I'm a 33-year-old, non-motivated, married with children female in search of a new me. I'm "every woman." I've gained weight. I've lost weight. I've gained it back. I've lost it again. It's time to be accountable and learn how to change my life for the better and be a healthy role model for my children." [Read Cathy's journal]

avatar or image I am 8 months postpartum. After the birth of Ally, I realized that I need to get into shape so that my children will be exposed to working out and eating healthy. My fitness goals include becoming a MILF (or, looking hot in all my new and smaller clothes and making the men drool) and getting down to a size 8.... [Read Melissa's journal]

avatar or image I'm a mom of 6; my youngest is 10 now (Where did those years go?!) I wanted to participate in the fitness makeover because I've come to a place in my life that I am ready to take care of *me*. Part of that me is my body -- being fit, being strong. Over the past few years, I've overcome several personal demons. One very wonderful side effect ...[Read Jules's journal]

I am gung ho to lose it all and get in the shape I was back in highschool! But even losing 20 pounds, I still have lots of flab that needs to firm up. My goal is to go from a drab mom to a FAB mom!... [Read Melissa's journal]
