Fitness while Trying to Conceive
Good for you -- getting into shape before pregnancy! Did you know anyone who is more than 10 pounds overweight will feel the strain on their joints (which, believe me, is an issue in the latter half of your pregnancy) and obese women face more serious dangers such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Fitness when children are older
More likely than not part of your exercise consists of cheering a child's team from the sidelines! Busy schedules and job demands can eat into your "me" time. Don't sacrifice a healthy lifestyle; instead, be an example! Get fit, eat well, play together and make fitness a project for the whole family. Learn how with these tips below:

Fitness during Perimenopause
This stage has its special challenges, too. Suddenly your metabolism wants to slow down and your waist would love to thicken. Good news though! Careful food choices and a fitness routine can carry you through this crisis. The children are older, too, and can work around your schedule or better yet join right in!
