Dear Relationship Expert,
I am afraid of pregnancy. My fear is really strong. My wanting a baby overcomes the fear but the fear is still there. My husband and I are currently trying to conceive. I have thought about it and I think I may have illuminated a couple possibilities of fears.
I was wondering if there are certain foods and vitamins to help conceive. I have two healthy boys. After having my boys I was on birth control for two years. First I tried the pill and that got me sick then I went on the shot for about 9 months and then took my self off the shot to try the patch so that I could get pregnant right away when were ready. The patch only lasted a day because it got me really sick. I took it off the second day.
My husband and I have been trying for our first baby for nearly 10 months. We have been unsuccessful so far. I am taking folic tablets on a daily basis but is there any particular vitamins or mineral my husband should be taking?
Please do advise
Dear Fitness Expert,
My husband and I just started trying to conceive, and we just moved across the country to a new house.
We want to know if there is any danger to a possible pregnancy from me lifting boxes as we unpack. I would estimate that most boxes weigh about 30 pounds, maybe 40 -- that's all I can lift!
I know moderate exercise is a good thing for me, before and during pregnancy, and I know how to lift properly, but I want to make sure about any risks to dislodging the pregnancy from lifting things specifically.
Charting, when combined with certain other aerobic activities, is a great way to get pregnant. But creating and analyzing the charts by hand is a hassle. Our basal body temperature charting tool automatically creates full-featured ovulation charts.
Dear Fitness Expert,
What are the earliest symptoms of pregnancy. I have been on Lupron for the past 3 months and my doctor has given us the ok to try to get pregnant. This is going to be challenging because I have not had my period for 3 months.
Where do I start and how soon will I be able to know if what I am trying is working? When is the earliest I can take a pregnancy test?
I have a couple questions for you. What is a good diet for a woman who is trying to conceive? Is there anything I should avoid or things I should make sure to eat? Any advice in this area would be greatly appreciated.
Are you totally confused on how to use the charting tool or just need a few helpful hints? Here are the instructions to help it all make sense.
