All other trademarks and servicemarks are the property of their respective owners.

Because it is difficult to quantify the cost to PREGNANCY.ORG, LLC in terms of reputation and equipment any user in violation of this agreement agrees to pay $150 per registered user per incident -- in liquidated damages -- at the time of their violation. Violators agree that this price is a reasonable estimation of the cost of specialized user acquisition and retention.
