It was not easy to watch the Bachelorette, I can assure you but with that show of gratitude, I can try to keep doing it. omg, this week's was just as awful, if not more.... As for the IVF/Kardashian story, she is having conception problems so I think we should give her a pass. But everything else Kardashian = open season!

I would like to extend the personal thanks for watching the Batchlorette... because quite frankly, I believe my television would shut itself off if I tried!!! And WHY is the Kardashian doing IVF? Is it because she needs it? Or just because she wants twins?

It is so true that we need to teach our girls that beauty comes from within and the outside is secondary.

Too funny about wrestling boys into a bathtub! I can totally relate!

This is great, and I really have to agree. Maybe a pedicure on a special day ONCE in a while, but other than that? little girls should be able to just be kids... and not worry about being little Women. all that being said? I have 3 boys ROFL. And I can barely wrestle them into a bathtub... so maybe my opinion doesn't hold too much water HAHAHAHA!!!!!

WOW!! I take Lexi for special Mani/Pedi days (about once every 2-3 months) but I would NEVER even imagine having her get facials or chemical treatments done to her hair! It just makes me sad that moms are having their little girls grow up way too fast. AND SERIOUSLY, bikini waxing an 11 year old????? I don't even get bikini waxes because...OUCH!!!!

These are definitely treatments my daughter will not be getting as long as we are paying for them. While I LOVE a good pedicure and manicure, I want her to understand that her beauty comes from within and that these are for fun, not beauty.

Toddler Found Holding Loaded Handgun During Routine Traffic Stop

It takes a lot to shock police these days. It's rare, if not unheard of to be faced with what Chicago police found on one particular routine traffic stop.

Every single adult in that car should be charged with a crime. Child endangerment for sure! Those poor children should be removed from the custody of these people and placed in a safe environment. It appears from the story that the child was ALLOWED to play with the LOADED gun, and the children were not restrained in any kind of seat. Seriously!?

That is very sad.

I'd love to know if they drug and alcohol tested those in the car! I cannot imagine how ANY of those within the vehicle would have not been in fear for *their* own lives with a toddler holding a loaded gun unless they weren't sober or high. There are so very many variables in play here that, thankfully, did NOT happen. I also thought that they had to charge any other adult in the car with child endangerment for not insuring the kids were restrained. Since this article does not describe the driver as the child's father, maybe the child's mother and grandmother could have made the claim that they didn't know there was a weapon in the car... but it still does not address the issue of the kids not being in car seats. Just unbelievable. I'm glad no one was hurt.
