Sleep has been a little fitful the last few nights. I've been told this trend will continue for the next few years. Beautiful. Turns out I really like my sleep. Who would have imagined?! As I sit thinking during the day about how sleepy I am I can't help but think - hey I'm constructing a head and some organs I should get to take a nap! And my mind starts to create plans as to how to accomplish this without anyone catching on.
1-Sick days? No that won't work, I'll need all of those. Besides, I'm not sick just pooped.
Am I allowed to take ginger pills while pregnant?

I thank you for your time in advance. I am currently 6w5d pregnant. I was charting, and know my ovulation, LMP dates.
I had an ultrasound on March 20th, 2009. On this date, going by LMP I would be 5w6d and due November 14th, 2009.
It is an amazing feeling to know that God has chosen you to carry one of His miracles for 9 months. Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for over a year now. I have been diagnosed with poly cycstic ovaries and a fatty liver, and now am pregnant. It is amazing how He works, in His time we knew that it was going to happen. We were on fertility treatments, and they made me so sick, we never got the chance to see if they worked, and then my Dr threw out infertility at the age of 24... it was scary. But now, Praise the Lord, I am pregnant and so much to be thankful for.
I just took a pregnancy test that was positive. I had my daughter 9 months ago and have not had a regular period since. One month I will get and the next I won't. Therefore, I had no idea I was pregnant and have no idea how far along I am.
I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I just started spotting. I've had a miscarriage in the past and am extremely nervous.
The bleeding is very light, sort of mucousy, and I'm only slightly crampy, but I've been slightly crampy for weeks now. Could this be late implantation? Or should I be worried that it's something more serious?
I am 5 weeks pregnant and trying to determine a healthy diet for me and my baby. Before becoming pregnant, I was trying to lose weight and was on a 1500 calorie per day diet, losing about a pound a week. (I exercise 3-4 times per week, have a BMI of 22.5 and keep a detailed food log.)
Now that I am pregnant, I'm unsure how to adjust my diet. I no longer want to lose weight but I want to make healthy choices for both of us. I enjoy keeping a food log and like the idea of a concrete number in regards to calories to shoot for each day.
I am pregnant with my first child! Not sure the sex yet. I am a few weeks, I just found out earlier this week. I have read many articles about you should only gain 25-30 lbs when pregnant. I am 5"11 and I usually weight between 130-140. It fulucates. I feel myself eating alot sometimes without meaning too. My husbad has said that the weight you gain while pregnant is very hard to get off!! I need help bc I'm not sure what to doo.. The right things to eat. etc.
