Ab Tek Belt and Paracetamols

Dear Midwife,
I am now about 9 weeks pregnant. I found out I was pregnant in the second week. A day or two before I discovered I was pregnant I was using a tek belt. It's a vibrating belt used on the stomach as a work out. I used it for about half hour on the stomach at high intensity and about half hour on my back part or as they're called love handles. I wonder if this could have affected the baby's development in any way?

Then in the third week of pregnancy I was having pelvic pain so I took two paracetamol's each night for 3 or 4 nights. I thought it was ok but now I wonder if such things may have affected the baby's development in any way?

Other than the above facts I've been eating and exercising regularly and no drinking. I'm 27 years old.

The paracetamol is ok, no worries there.

I'm just not sure about the tek belt. Babies are well-protected and pretty tough, but I really couldn't say for sure one way or the other, sorry.
