I am only a few weeks into the first trimester, I am still in school and have a fitness class. I was wondering if it be fine to run or play volleyball or anything of that sort?
I am hoping any of these would not give me a miscarriage.
The main things to avoid are falls and bumps on the belly. Let your body be your guide as far as running goes (your center of gravity will gradually change), but I would have more questions about vigorous volleyball.

Before Cynthia earned her CNM, she worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery and postpartum and is a certified Doula and Doula trainer.
