Concern About Anti-Nausea Meds

Dear Midwife
Should I be concerned about taking Zofran in my third trimester? I worry about the effects on my baby.

I have been able to decrease the amount I take to 2 mg. before going to bed at night to keep me from vomiting the following day. Without the Zofran, I am unable to keep anything down.

Zofran is Pregnancy Category B, so it is considered safe throughout your pregnancy. Congratulations, and good luck for a great delivery.
