The thought of eating makes me nauseous. I am hungry, but I get ill just thinking about what to eat. What is the best "mild" food that I should be trying to eat? (I am a vegetarian, and I cannot eat dairy food.)
Since you are having such a hard time with food right now and because you are vegetarian, my recommendation would be to ask your OB/GYN for a referral to a dietitian.
It sounds like you need to sit down with a dietitian who can help you find foods that you can tolerate and come up with a plan that covers all basis when it comes to your nutritional intake. It is important that you are getting the protein, calcium, calories, etc... that you need to sustain a healthy pregnancy.
