I am 15 1/2 weeks pregnant and I feel awful. This is not my first pregnancy. I am tired, extra tired, super morning sickness all day long and all I want to do is lay in bed. I have heartburn and zero energy. I have a hard time standing for long, I get dizzy.
I am 28 and the doctor says feeling awful is a good sign. Is the doctor right? How can I get some relief?

For the first trimester I would agree, but no more. You should be feeling much better by now. Are you able to take your prenatals every day? Are you sipping at least 2 quarts of water every day? Are you exercising at least a half hour each day? Are you taking another half hour to *totally* relax every day (yoga, prayer, meditation, or whatever/) Have you had an ultrasound to rule out twins? Have you had your iron levels checked?
Hey, one way or the other, if you are doing your part and still feel lousy, you need to find out what is going on -- this is not normal.
