Hit On The Stomach at 6 Months Pregnant

Dear Midwife,
I am six months pregnant now and also mother of 2 year old boy.

Yesterday unknowingly I got a hit on my stomach with the hard binded book even though not too hard by my 1st son. Only a slight hit on the bottom right of my protruded belly and I was more tensed but there was normal movements happening inside.

Will there be any problem with my yet to be born baby as all my scanning and other results are normal and even did a 4D scan, all done before this hit.

Please advise as I am really worried.

Of course you should have reported this to your provider right away, but chances are excellent that everything is ok.

Your unborn baby is really well-protected, and it would probably take more than a 2-year-old's boink with a book to hurt it.
