Is It Okay To Take Antidepressants While TTC?

Is it safe to take antidepressant medication while trying to conceive? After conception, when is it safe to take the antidpressant again?

ANSWER

If you need an antidepressant, there are some that are relatively safe for conception and pregnancy, and should be taken as directed.
