Dear Ms. Ultrasound,
The ultrasound technician during my supposed 11th week said she thought I was at 13 weeks because of the size of the baby. She also said she thought with 80% certainty that it was a boy.
Can one really tell the sex of the baby during the 11th-13th week of pregnancy? Thanks.
Supposedly, ultrasound in the right hands, can determine gender that early. I never tell anyone the gender until 16 plus weeks. This way I can be certain I am accurate and don't give a mommy reason to buy earrings for a boy!
Mistakes are easy to make. So I would not completely trust a 11-13 week gender determination, even though it is possible.
