I am going to be 8 weeks tomorrow according to the doctor. I am trying to avoid being extremely stressed out. But the last few days I haven't feeling good, and that is stressing me out more than anything else. My doctor didn't tell me to avoid stress I just know my mom had to, So I wanted to just to make sure nothing goes wrong.
My nose is completely plugged up, and I feel like my head is floating. Like I have a cold. So I'm wondering, if it is ok to take Day-quil while I'm pregnant or if it depends on my medical history and I should call my doctor and ask her??
