Dear Midwife,
I've been crawling around on the floor, visiting the chiropractor and doing inversions to turn my 29 week twins. So far I haven't had any luck. They're both transverse.
I'm really committed to a vaginal birth. What else would you suggest I do?
Thanks!
Sometimes swimming or just relaxing while you float can help, make sure you drink lots of water so they have a big swimming pool, and talk to them about it--hopefully they will change their minds about where they want to be.
I hear how committed to a vaginal birth you are, HOORAY! But I'm suspecting you are even more committed to two healthy children. Sometimes, just remembering that this is the priority relieves enough tension so that the problem solves itself.
Good luck!
