What Could Cause This Pain?

Dear Doula,
My girlfriend Lisa (1 1/2 years) is having pains when she bends backwards. Lately we have been having unprotected sex. Can you please explain this.
ANSWER
I really need more information. What kind of pain when she bends backwards? Is the pain in her back? Is the pain during intercourse?
I would suggest a HPT. Your girlfriend could be pregnant.
