I am 5 weeks pregnant. I am experiencing back pains, but no bleeding. I had a miscarriage last year and had sharp pains in the lower back with bleeding. It is not that severe. I never have back problems.

I am 40 years old with 3 children already. I had a miscarriage almost a year ago, and now I'm 8 weeks pregnant.
I went last week to my ob-gyn and had the vaginal and the regular ultrasound but the Dr. couldn't find a heartbeat. Is this normal? Dr said that maybe is too early.

I'm 22yrs old and had a miscarriage at 12wks in mid September. I had an emergency D&E and lost a lot of blood. Now I am severely anemic and have to take iron 3 times a day. I also have PCOS and didn't think I could get pregnant.
