My husband and I have been trying to conceive since October. I think some of it is poor timing (I travel a lot with my job; husband works a ton of hours), but since January have been pretty consistent with intercourse during the "prime time."
There are multiple causes of infertility. The male alone is the cause in 20-35% of cases of infertility. An evaluation of the male should be one of the very first tests carried out in the investigation of the infertile couple.
