Flu or Pregnancy Symptoms

Dear Midwife,
I am not sure what is going on. I was hoping you could help.

I had my last period at Christmas. It has only been a little past new years that it stopped and that was only about 10 days ago plus or minus a day. I should also mention that my fiancé and I had a broken condom during that time.

Dear Midwife,
I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant and have been on Cytoxin. How much harm can this do to the fetus. I've been told by my Lupus doctor to terminate this pregnancy but it's not in me to do that. What or how can I find out about the Cytoxin effects on fetus?
