    Dear Midwife,
    I am five weeks pregnant and all day I've been having cramping. I'm not bleeding at all, just have cramping in my lower ab. region.

    Before I became pregnant, I was told that I have small ovarian cysts on both ovaries.

    Dear Midwife,
    I was scheduled for a Hysterectomy in the summer and then found out that I am pregnant.

    I am very excited to be able to have another child but I am nervous about the baby's health and my delivery and after the delivery. I have one child now who is 8 and had a difficult pregnancy and difficult delivery with him. I was able to have him vaginally.

    I recently was having flu-like vomiting for about 3 days. My mother suggested I take a home pregnancy test and it came out pregnant! I was so excited I though it was too good to be true so I took two more. They all came out with the pregnant results and my husband and I couldn't be happier.
