Dear Midwife,
I just overcame an ectopic pregnancy on March 22, 2009. It was my first pregnancy, me and my boyfriend were very pleased to be informed that we were going to be parents.
Sadly, we got the news that I was undergoing an ectopic pregnancy. My pregnancy was terminated on the 22 of March. We are now trying to conceive again.
How long, what actions and precautions should I take in order to become pregnant again. Please be very detailed. We are up for anything in order to become pregnant again.
Dear Midwife,
Two years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy, then just Jan 1st I had a miscarriage (very early pregnancy) and now I have tested positive for pregnancy again.
Dear Ms. Ultrasound,
Hello, I am 37 years old and I am pregnant with my third child. I have been put through an emotional roller coaster this past few days.
Dear Ms. Ultrasound,
Hi. I had my lmp about Dec 16, could be a few days later. I have 30-33 day cycles. HPT was positive 1/14 HCG level was 18 that day HCG was 67 1/16 319 1/19 and 1528 1/22 had an u/s 1/23 because of slight pain and pressure on right side ( had an ectopic on right side FEB 08 and had lap surgery kept my tubes). Had a miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks August 08.
Dear Midwife,
I found out I was pregnant recently but have had pains in my right side. I went to the Dr's who sent me to the hospital straight away, they took bloods which were 400hcg(14dpo). They then had bloods taken 40hrs and they had tripled to 1227.
Dear Midwife,
This past September, I had a tubal pregnancy and I really want to have a child. Is there any way that I can still have a child and have a full term pregnancy?
Two weeks after our long-awaited positive, we found it was an ectopic pregnancy. We were devastated. Now I want answers to why. Can I still get pregnant without treatment? Will it turn out to be normal? I feel hopeless and all alone. My family is more tuned in to my sister being pregnant and forgetting about my loss. I hope you can help! Read Debbie and Mara's reply.
An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that grows outside of the normal location, namely the uterus. Often called a "tubal pregnancy," the majority (about 97%) of ectopic pregnancies occur in the fallopian tube.
Dear Ms Ultrasound,
I took a home test and got a positive result on June 4th and June 5th. My LMP started on May 22nd. On June 5th I went to the ER due to spotting. They did a Beta HCG with a result of 2.4 and an US showing nothing and referred me to my OB.

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy occurs frequently and may not be a sign of problems. However, you should contact your doctor or seek medical attention if bleeding continues.

Dear Ms Ultrasound,
I'm a 26-year-old, newlywed woman and I want to become pregnant as soon as possible. About 6 months ago, I had a tubal pregnancy and had to have my tube removed.
I was just wondering if this procedure has an affect on me getting pregnant now?
