I have a quick question for you...I'm just looking for a little relief. My husband and I lost our last baby at 12 weeks..so I have felt more anxiety this time around and I am hoping that you are able to tell me that mild cramping (like period cramps) are normal for this time in the pregnant?

I am four weeks today and for the past three days I have been experiencing mild cramps. I don't have them constantly only in the mornings and towards bedtime. Is this normal? This is my first pregnancy and I am really worried.
