Dear Fitness Expert,
I just found out that I am one month pregnant. I am on a very tight budget so it is difficult for me to go to the gym. I attend classes full time and I work full time.
I would like to know what is the safest way for me to get a workout that won't be harmful to my baby. I am also overweight and am concerned about my weight gain during my pregnancy. Please help me.
Dear Nutritionist,
Its kind of two questions is it normal to gain 45lbs at 26 weeks?
Also is it normal to always be hungry. I never feel full, I could honestly eat non stop and not feel full. Do I need to stop eating at some point or do I keep eating when in hungry which is always?
I have been a gymnast for 10 years, and have been running a gymnastics program for the last 6 years. I just found out I am pregnant. As you can imagine, I have been used to running around and working out a lot. I am very thin, and I am a bit concerned about being able to put on weight.
Everyone tells me to eat milkshakes, fries, and all of the things that I've been trying to avoid for most of my life. Is there a healthier way to go about this? Or should I just start consuming mass quantities of fatty foods?
I discovered during my pregnancies that the people I know are liars. Sure they meant well, but had I known then what I know now, I'd never have believed them in the first place. Following are the lies they told me and the truths I found. I am so glad I have my children but I'm really glad I won't have to endure the "joy" of pregnancy again.
Dear Fitness Expert,
I am 27 years old and am pregnant. This is my 5th month.I gained a weight of 4 kgs in one month. (i.e. from 4th month to 5th month). Is it too much weight?
