I just turned 30 and after being told at the age of 18 that it would be difficult for me to have children, I have 2 beautiful boys and a third baby on the way. We are able to conceive the first month we tried this time and I'm very excited. I'm also nervous because my second son was a high risk pregnancy.

Dear Fitness Expert,
I am 5 weeks pregnant and teach an Aqua Boot Camp class three mornings a week for an hour. The class includes 5-7 minutes of warm-up, 40 minutes of hi/low intensity exercises, 3-5 minutes of abs, and 10 minutes of cool-down/stretching. We burn about 700 calories during the class.
I drink water throughout class and am able talk throughout the class. Is it safe to continue teaching and is there a time during the pregnancy that I will have to decrease my intensity level?

WELL I WISH I DID JOIN THIS AS A MOM, BUT THINGS ARE DIFFERENT FOR ME NOW. I REALLY DO GET PREGNANT, EVERYTIME WE TRY BUT I DONT USUALLY STAY SO FOR LONG. I DO HAVE A CONVICTION IN MY HEART THAT I WILL STAY PREGNANT THIS TIME FOR THE DURATION AND HAVE MY BUEATIFUL BABY. MY HUSBAND CANT WAIT TO CARRY HIS CHILD AND I AM BESIDE MYSELF AS WELL. I just found out yesterday that I was pregnant. And the bloodwork just came back this morning so I talked to my doctor. And I am infact pregnant. Probably only a few weeks. Since this is the first time pregnancy for me, I'd like to know as much about what to expect, stories, everything on pregnancy. I have a few books including What to Expect When Expecting, i just want to know all different things from all aspects. I'm very excited and so is my fiance, but yet I'm also very nervous because all I can think about is the pain parts of pregnancy, espesially labor, and I'm not good with pain.
